●● Surreal, Zen-like. ●●

Sometimes, it just felt so unreal that i'm already in sydney. I don't know why but sometimes, after being so engrossed in my work, all of a sudden when i stopped, i will feel so unreal in my apartment. It's as though i've never lived here before and all is strange to me.

It's scary. And it's weird that i still have such feelings now. You know, it's kinda like a "why-am-i-here, what-am-i-doing-here" kind of feeling.

Anyway, the journal articles that i'm poring over are so zen. It's as described by ying. Zen-like. So sleep-inducing. My goodness. I'm pouring my 200% attention of them and by the time i've finished reading them, i felt like i've downed 200 pills of tranquillizers.

"Health promotion is the process of enabling people to increase control over, and to improve their health. To reach a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and individual or group must be able to identify and to realize aspirations, to satisfy needs, and to change or cope with the environment. ...

Health is created and lived by people within the settings of their everyday life, where they learn, work, play and love. Health is created by caring for oneself and others, by being able to take decisions and have control over one's life circumstances, and by ensuring that the society one lives in creates conditions that allow the attainment of health by all its members. ..."

How can i not fall asleep reading this kind of god-like articles??!!

I'll let my brain rest and recover after the massive attacks of journal articles, meanwhile, i'm off to prepare my dinner. Hmmm.. What should i cook today? Udon again? Or should i cook alfredo pasta? Hmmmm...
