Vietnamese support group was a huge success :) yummy food, great people, and our amazing dr. Perfect :) Labels: WORKwork
KL trip was a bit of a hassle in the beginning. I had no name cards, no traveling tickets. Bad bad. My stack of freshly-printed name cards were delivered right at my doorstep on the night before my flight -_- but above it all, my air ticket was the most horrible experience! I've formed such a abominable impression about kian min travel agency. Horrendous, lousy attitude!
Anyway, i'm just so thankful i was able go on board SQ. Eleanor and i had to settle the tickets on our own, despite employing an agency :( one word: atrocious.
Upon reaching KL, aaron came to pick us up :) such a heart-warming boy with ultra steady driving skills! We had such sumptuous food at the seafood 'restoran', followed by D24 durians!!! YUMMMY!
Was dropped tired when we checked back into our Hilton suite. An ostentatiously decorated hotel, but it's a real pity that i didn't get to explore much as we were all so hustling about throughout our business trip.
The hours really flew. Before i knew it, it was already Sunday and I was so darn tempted to have breakfast in bed. After the gratifying meal, i was flipping tv channels in my suite and ended up watching the typhoon reports on Nihon tv :( scary weather.
Anyway, our seminar was a roaring success! And i had positive feedbacks from patients after the counselling session. It was fantastic getting to know everyone better, Desmond, Aaron, Roger, Harris, Riswanti, Angela, Sister Weng, Dr See, Dr Wai, Dr Lee and Eleanor. They really took good care of me :) i was termed as the baby there. awww :)
